There could be a new owner soon for Buffalo's tallest building, One Seneca Tower
Mayor Byron Brown says he believes there will be a lot of interest in the building. In fact, Brown says on Wednesday he met with an investment group.
"An international investment group that is interested in bidding on the property, are interested in purchasing the property," Brown told reporters.
"I think it will draw interest. And with all of the development, billions of dollars of development, taking place in the City of Buffalo, I think, not only is it going to attract regional and national attention, clearly it will attract international attention as well."
Despite his assurances, Brown wouldn't reveal specifics. He indicated the group is likely to use the massive building for a mixed-use development, possibly including condos and offices.
