New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is broadening his pursuit of online fantasy sports businesses. Schneiderman filed a lawsuit this week that would require Fan Duel and Draft Kings to return monies to state residents who lost investments while using the websites. The action also seeks a $5,000 fine against the sites per case.
Schneiderman contends the sites are illegal gambling operations.
