Technical failures forced the emergency landing of a commuter flight at the Greater Rochester International Airport on Christmas afternoon. Commutair Flight 3585 called in an emergency shortly after takeoff when at least one of the plane's engines failed. The pilot safely returned the plane to the Rochester airport, and no injuries were reported.
The flight was bound for Dulles International Airport outside Washington, DC. The FAA is investigating the incident.
