An Oakfield man has been arrested for providing marijuana to a minor. Brian Brennan was nabbed by Attica Police and is accused of selling marijuana to a 15-year-old. The transaction occurred in the Attica Village Park. The 46-year-old Brennan is charged with the criminal sale of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child.
He is being held for cash or bond and is scheduled to be back in court next month.
