Researchers have been studying American cities to survey how their elected officials and their policies reflect the political views of their constituents. The study found Buffalo is the ninth most liberal city in the nation.WBFO's Jay Moran spoke with Canisius College Political Science Professor Kevin Hardwick about the report.
