A federal grand jury on Friday returned a 3-count indictment against a Buffalo resident in a drug case. 23-year-old Taire Chaney has been charged with narcotics conspiracy and two weapons related counts. One weapons charge is connected to the fatal shooting of Brad Daniels in 2012. Chaney faces up to ten years in prison and a $1.5 million fine.
The FBI, the Buffalo Police and a number of other agencies were involved in the investigation.
