The University at Buffalo is holding its 169th commencement ceremony today. Better than 1300 students will be awarded degrees when the proceedings begin at 10 this morning. A total of nearly 6,000 students will earn degrees from the variety of schools at the University this year.
The chairman and chief executive officer of M&T Bank Corporation, Robert Wilmers, will receive UB's highest honor today, the Chancellor Charles P. Norton Medal.
