A vehicular accident Friday night has caused a fatality. Buffalo Police are reporting that a 61-year-old woman was crossing Seneca Street near Milton on a motorized scooter when she was struck by a passing vehicle. The woman was declared dead at the scene. The investigation of the accident is continuing, and the driver of the vehicle is cooperating with authorities.
No charges have been filed as yet.
