A federal judge has ordered Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and the company to turn over documents and electronic correspondence that have been requested by Paul Ceglia's lawyer. Ceglia stands accused of falsely claiming partial ownership in the company. Zuckerberg's lawyers attempted to block the demand for the documents before a trial set to begin next month. Ceglia is being sought by authorities after he removed a tracking ankle bracelet and disappeared with his family.
His lawyer, Robert Ross Fogg, states that he intends to continue to defend his client.
