Amherst Police have arrested a Buffalo man for the robbery of the Boulevard Mall branch of the M&T Bank.
Kenneth Dykes, 49, was apprehended in the mall parking lot as he fled from the robbery. Dykes is also wanted for robberies in Blasdell and Buffalo.
In addition to Amherst Police, the investigation also included the FBI, Federal Probation,and detectives from the Village Blasdell and the City of Buffalo Police Departments.
Amherst Police are also looking to locate a taxi cab and driver that dropped Dykes off at the Bank. The vehicle is a 2005 Teal green Dodge Caravan bearing NY registration # 21567LV.
Authorities advise that if you see the vehicle, do not approach it and contact police.
