Chad Kelly is due in court Monday to respond to charges stemming from an incident last month outside a Buffalo bar.
The 20-year-old faces several charges including assault and resisting arrest after fighting with a bouncer outside a Pearl Street establishment and making threats.
Kelly is the nephew of former Bills quarterback Jim Kelly.
Chad Kelly recently committed to Ole Miss after Clemson let him go due to disciplinary issues.
