Cuomo to deliver inaugural address in Buffalo

Governor  Andrew Cuomo will visit Buffalo on New Year's Day to deliver an inaugural address.

The event will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Buffalo History Museum. He will be joined by incoming Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul, who lives in Buffalo.

Earlier on Thursday, Cuomo is scheduled to deliver a noon inaugural  at One World Trade Center in New York City.  He will be officially be sworn into a second term on New Year's Eve at the Governor's Mansion in Albany.
