The University at Buffalo is set to introduce its new football coach Monday.
UB's Athletic Department posted on Twitter Monday morning that "UB has hired Lance Leipold from Wisconsin-Whitewater as head football coach and will make the announcement at a 1 p.m. press conference."
UB Athletics goes on to tweet, "Leipold has compiled a 106-6 record at Wisconsin-Whitewater. He has won 5 national championships in 8 years and is 12-0 this season."
In another post, UB Athletics tweeted "Leipold is the fastest coach in NCAA history to reach 100 wins."
Leipold will move from Wisconsin-Whitewater's NCAA Division III program to coaching the Division I U.B. Bulls.
