An 18-year-old is dead following an accident in Wyoming County last night.
Wyoming County Sheriffs Deputies say a vehicle driven by Dominic Maksymik of Attica crossed the line on Route 98 in Bennington and collided with a tractor trailer, killing him and critically injuring a female passenger.
The passenger was transported by Mercy Flight to Erie County Medical Center.
The driver of the tractor trailer was treated at the scene.
No charges are expected as the investigation continues.
