Riverside man charged in Grant Street fires

City of Buffalo Fire Marshals are charging a Riverside man in connection with the series of fires set along Grant Street, early Thursday morning.26-year-old Allister M. Bouvart was arrested at his home late Friday night by Fire Marshals and agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.  Bouvart is being charged with 10 counts of arson, as well as reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.  At this time, Bouvart's motive remains unknown, and he has no prior criminal record.  According to authorities, tips from the public and surveillance video footage helped them to make the arrest.
