Attorneys for the school district have indicated that they are interested in questioning Hamburg Middle School Principal Jennifer Giallella regarding the accident Jetter had with his car, reports WIVB. It has been learned that Giallella was with Jetter at the time of the accident, which occurred near her South Buffalo home. This comes as the Erie County District Attorney's Office is determining if Jetter's actions qualify for felony status.
