The Hobby Lobby Store on Transit Road became the scene of a protest on Saturday. A group rebuking the Supreme Court decision allowing some companies to set contraceptive policies with their health care gathered to express their disapproval of the legal ruling. Concern over what has been termed a dangerous precedent ran consistent through the group.
The Supreme Court ruling allows some privately owned companies to deny insurance coverage of certain contraceptive methods based upon religious beliefs.
The protesters advocated allowing women to make these decisions without interference from their employers.
