Renovations at Rich Products were revealed Tuesday. The company says the upgrades at its Buffalo headquarters on Niagara Street are expected to improve the employee and customer experience. The $18.5 million in upgrades to Rich’s Atrium and Innovation Center include state-of-the-art conference rooms, modern sitting areas for customers and employees, and a multi-use test kitchen equipped with communication and technologies to link associates and customers around the world.
The project also included facelift of Rich’s Renaissance Niagara Atrium. The open concept concourse area features a larger space for events, a fireplace centerpiece, and contemporary sitting areas.
Rich's President and CEO William Gisel says the newly updated space allows the company to better pursue its mission.
“When we started off with the design, we wanted to have a space that really reflected what Rich’s was all about and what we were trying to be in the world and that’s this company that has a culture with strong family values, but at the same with world-class time professionalism. It’s that blend that that makes us somewhat unique and when you look at this very homey looking space combined with a high-tech lab, it brings that blend together,” Gisel said.
Gisel says the concourse now has the capacity to host more large events. He says he believes the renovation will help entice more businesses to locate to Niagara Street.
