An Amherst man is in custody this morning following an overnight Amber Alert.
Police say the alert was issued after Kevin Cetola failed to return his nine-year-old daughter Samantha to her mother before their appointed time.
Several police agencies, including a police helicopter, were active during the search. Authorities say they were also able to track Cetola's cell phone.
The girl and her father were located at a Colvin Boulevard gas station after three this morning.
