The victim killed in the deadly car crash on Saturday morning along the Kensington Expressway is thought to be Kevin Wayne Brown. Brown's girlfriend identified the vehicle that the 47-year-old Brown was driving as that involved in the fiery crash. Police investigators have not yet confirmed the identity of the victim. Brown's BMW crashed through the barrier above the expressway at the end of Woodlawn Avenue at a high rate of speed.

Some witnesses to the accident have suggested that Brown was involved in a police chase. Police deny that story.

Authorities continue to investigate another accident involving a driver they believe was racing with Brown at the time of the tragedy.
