Niagara County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a Lockport man for having sexual contact with a minor. Darwin Fifield, Jr. is facing third-degree rape and child endangerment charges in the case.
The 35-year-old suspect was arrested and arraigned Friday night and is being held pending a court appearance on Tuesday.
