The NHL has postponed Tuesday night's game between the Buffalo Sabres and the Carolina Hurricanes because of this week's winter storm.
A makeup date has not yet been determined. WBFO'S Eileen Buckley spoke with Buffalo Sabres communications director Mike Gilbert about the decision.

The Hurricanes arrived in Buffalo before the brunt of the storm hit Monday afternoon. The weather, however, prevented both teams from holding their usual morning pregame skates.
Rescheduling the game could prove difficult in the near future. The Hurricanes host Toronto on Thursday, before traveling to play Columbus on Friday. The Sabres are in the midst of playing 15 games in 31 days.
