Tax relief for the proposed Delaware North headquarters along Delaware Avenue are likely to be approved. A policy committee from the Erie County Industrial Development Agency unanimously approved the application on Friday. The request for more than $800,000 in tax relief will now go before the ECIDA Board, where approval is anticipated on Monday.
Tax abatement requests made by Uniland Development Corporation, the building's developer, are still to be considered.
