Buffalo Police are reporting that one person has been injured and one arrest made in an early morning shooting. Authorities were called to the intersection of Seneca Street and Kingston Place in the three o'clock hour. Reports indicate that an escalating argument led one man to fire a shot at another man. The bullet struck a bystander.
The victim is being treated at ECMC for non-life threatening injuries.
Charges have yet to be filed.
