A charge of second-degree murder has been reduced for a North Carolina woman. The findings by a Niagara County grand jury changed the charges against 42-year-old Cammesoa Williams to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Williams was arrested last September along with 50-year-old Richard Moore in a Niagara Falls murder. The pair were in the region for a wedding when Moore shot and killed Tijuana Davis in his Falls apartment.
Bail is being considered for Williams, who has faced legal troubles in North Carolina.
