Artpark has named a new director of development. Carrie Veltri has been named to the post after a national search. The position is a newly created post on the administrative staff at Artpark. Veltri will be responsible for designing and coordinating a development plan for the popular venue that has become increasingly dependent upon music and its concert series for ticket sales.
Veltri has previously been affiliated with the Center for the Arts at UB, the Irish Classical Theatre and the Olmsted Parks Conservancy.
She is currently a Niagara Falls resident.
