Buffalo tenants renting from a bankrupt landlord could soon find their taps running dry. Cheektowaga firm M.A.P. Properties, LLC owns more than twenty properties in Buffalo, many along Kosciuszko Street. The company filed for bankruptcy last year, and water shut off notices have been sent to the tenants at their properties.
The County Executive's office claims that services are available to assist those tenants. Interested parties should dial 211 to get information.
