A drug raid in Niagara Falls has nabbed a suspected dealer along with 13 other people. Detectives from the Niagara Falls Police Narcotics Bureau descended upon a house on 19th Street Thursday night. Minor drug charges were filed against most of the occupants, but 27-year-old Ray Harris faces felony charges for drug possession.
Police reported that neighborhood complaints led them to investigate the house and organize the raid.
