A lawsuit has been filed against Rich Products by a teen who was sickened by E. coli contamination. Rob Ormsby, an 18-year-old college student, suffered kidney damage after consuming foods that were later recalled by the company. Ormsby is facing a future of dialysis treatments. Two other Western New Yorkers are claiming sickness from the recalled products and are considering legal action.
Rich Products has recalled nearly 200,000 pounds of foods produced at a Georgia plant.
