A local UPS worker has been arrested for stealing valuable packages. The culprit is being identified only as a 26-year-old male who resides in Cheektowaga. The man stands accused of re-routing packages to his home address. Many of the packages contained silver bars. Charges faced include 3rd degree felony grand larceny and felony criminal possession of stolen property.
Further charges could be filed. The investigation is continuing.
