Cuomo expected in Buffalo today

The state's top Democrat, Governor Andrew Cuomo, is expected in Buffalo this morning. Administration officials postponed a Monday visit, citing weather concerns.

The governor is coming to Buffalo and Rochester today for budget signing ceremonies.

In beating the deadline of April 1,  Albany leaders were able to pass an on-time budget for the third consecutive year.

The spending plan includes business tax cuts, middle class tax rebates and increased aid to many school districts across the state.  It also features some items of local interest, including renovation funding for Ralph Wilson Stadium as part of the Buffalo Bills renewed lease with Erie County.
