Jurors in a Niagara County Court have convicted a man of two counts of felony murder.
Thirty-seven year old Matthew Davis was found guilty in the death of 41-year-old Antoine Bradbury. Davis broke into Bradbury's apartment, apparently in a scheme of thievery. A fight occurred between the two men. Bradbury died of what is being called hypertension cardiovascular disease brought on by the altercation.
Davis
could face up to 25 years to life when sentenced.
