A panel of three prominent health experts are reviewing an analysis that was undertaken by the State Department of Environmental Conservation. Opponents to the practice of fracking were striving for a new, comprehensive health study, though they remain optimistic for the panel's findings.
State environmental chief Joe Martens limited the study to a review of information already compiled.
