Driver in deadly DWI case appears in court

The woman who caused the recent accident that killed a 7-month-old baby is free after a felony hearing on Friday.

Danielle Kellogg, 24, faces charges of vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated. Baylee Marie Dion was killed and her mother injured when Kellogg struck their vehicle Tuesday morning.

Kellogg is free on $20,000 bail.
