An arrest has been made in the murder of a North Tonawanda woman.
Thirty-two year old Brian Lowry is facing charges of second-degree murder. The body of Heather Rylowicz was discovered in her North Tonawanda home last week. Police have been aware that Lowry was acquainted with Rylowicz, and neighbors claim the two had a heated argument in the recent past.
Authorities have yet to comment on the possible motive for the killing.
