Charges have been filed against a Williamsville man for the possession of chemicals and homemade explosive devices in his home.
A federal grand jury indicted 26-year-old Duncan Badding on charges of producing and possessing destructive devices. Badding was arrested in August after neighbors reported his suspicious activities.
He has been confined to his parents' Lockport home since his release from custody.
