Guilty pleas in the theft of city funds could come this week from two City Hall employees.
James Bagarozzo and Lawrence Charles are connected with the theft of quarters from city parking meters. Investigations by the city and the FBI targeted the two meter mechanics. Bagarozzo is accused of stealing more than $200,000 over eight years. Charles nabbed just over $3,000 over a month long period.
The pair could face ten years in prison, though plea deals are expected to shorten those terms.
