The cool relationship between Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown and Governor Andrew Cuomo may have gotten icier.
It has been disclosed that Cuomo was carried to Buffalo for his fundraising visit in May on a private jet owned by NRP Group of Cleveland. A federal lawsuit filed by NRP accuses Brown of racketeering conspiracy for a failed housing development in Buffalo. NRP supports Cuomo and claims there is no connection between the flight and the suit.
Brown did not attend the Governor's fundraiser.
