A guilty plea was entered this week by a Buffalo man charged with overseeing the trust of a local restaurateur.
Thirty-six year old Scott Huber was given authority to handle a trust established for Mary Tomaselli, owner of the Allentown restaurant La Tee Da. Tomaselli succumbed to colon cancer, but a benefit for her in 2010 raised nearly $90 thousand. Huber faces 5 to 15 years in prison for tapping into those monies for personal use.
He pleaded guilty this past week.
