Seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong lost a big race on Saturday.
Armstrong was in Buffalo to speak at UB's Distinguished Speakers Series, but first swam in a charity challenge, losing to triathelete and Rochester-area nurse Mary Eggers. Eggers challenged Armstrong to the kickboard race in an effort to raise funds for the Teens Living With Cancer program as well as Armstrong's LIVESTRONG Foundation.
The pair raised $50,000.
