The mishandling of human remains at an accident scene have put a pair of authorities under scrutiny.
Niagara County coroner Russell Jackman and Cambria Volunteer Fire Company Chief Vincent Salerno are facing charges of obstructing governmental administration. After a deadly car acident earier this month, Jackman is accused of giving human remains to Salerno for the training of a cadaver dog.
The two will be in court on Tuesday.
