One of the first major decisions made by the new leadership team at St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute was made last week. St. Joe's will be dropping Regents from its future curriculum. WBFO's senior reporter Eileen Buckley recently sat down with the new president and principal to discuss their mission.
President Christopher Fulco and Principal James Spillman arrived over the summer at the all-boys Catholic school. Fulco replaced Robert Scott who retired. Fulco previously served as principal at a co-ed Catholic high school in Pennsylvania. Principal Spillman returns to his alma mater. He's a 1995 graduate of St. Joe's and most recently served as principal at a private Catholic elementary school in Massachusetts.
