The stage at Shea's Performing Arts Center is all a buzz, but it's not a new show. The 13th annual Colvin Cleaners Gowns for Prom is underway until Wednesday. WBFO's senior reporter Eileen Buckley says area high school students, unable to afford a prom dress can select one free of charge.
