High Achievement New York leader visits Buffalo to discuss learning standards

An organization recently released a state-wide campaign that says 'standards are working'.  High Achievement New York, known as HANY, works to help schools, teachers, students and parents to make sure learning standards are the best.  But with all the fall-out over Common Core, some school districts, like Buffalo struggle with the high expectations.  WBFO's senior reporter Eileen Buckley sat down with HANY's Executive Director Stephen Sigmund and President of the District Parent Coordinating Council in Buffalo Sam Radford.
