Husband and wife plead guilty to falsified vaccination cards at Bills game

A husband and wife each pleaded guilty in Orchard Park Town Court Tuesday evening to counts of disorderly conduct.

The Erie County District Attorney's Office said Michael Naab, 34, and Amber Naab, 37, of West Seneca have been sentenced to a conditional discharge, provided they perform 100 hours of community service, and they must each pay $125 fines plus $125 surcharges.

The Naabs presented falsified COVID-19 vaccination cards in order to attend a Buffalo Bills football game on Jan. 15, which was in violation of the vaccination policy then in effect at Highmark Stadium.

As part of the plea, the couple cannot attend any Bills games at the stadium, nor can they purchase season tickets in their own name thereafter.

They were originally charged with felony counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, which carried potential prison terms of up to seven years.
