State Police are reporting a teacher at Belfast Central School in Allegany County was arrested Monday on two counts of forcible touching and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Alex Minnick, 33, of Retsof was taken to the State Police station in Amity, where he was processed and released on appearance tickets for the Town of Belfast Court.
The arrest comes after the investigation of a complaint found possible inappropriate touching of a minor and comments made while in a professional capacity by the suspect that was filed on Nov. 1.
