A Cattaraugus County man pleaded guilty Monday in U.S. District Court in Buffalo to a federal charge of cyberstalking.
Dyllan Barber, 20, of Little Valley admitted to initiating a Snapchat conversation on the night of Nov. 30, 2019 with a minor female. The conversation lasted for three hours and Barber, who called himself "Kyle" online, solicited sexually explicit images from the girl, by threatening her both through Snapchat and as himself on the telephone.
Barber faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine at his sentencing next Feb. 15.
