Jamestown woman pleads guilty in suspected drug ring

A Jamestown woman has pleaded guilty on charges she allowed her home to be used by a drug ring.

The U.S. Attorney's Office said Kylie Reeves, 28, pleaded guilty in U.S. Magistrate Court in Buffalo Wednesday to conspiring to possess with intent to distribute and distributing 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. She was accused of distributing drugs as part of a trafficking ring led by co-defendant Rocco Beardsley.

Beardsley was arrested on state warrants March 24, 2020 after a traffic stop, in which large amounts of controlled substances were seized. Authorities said Reeves allowed him to use her West Cowden Place residence, where she lived with three minor children.

A total of seven defendants were indicted in October. Reeves is the first defendant to be convicted. She now faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison, a maximum of life, and a $10 million fine.
