3 men wounded in West Side shooting

Buffalo Police are investigating three people shot Wednesday on the city's West Side.

It happened near Oxford Avenue and West Ferry Street. Police were called just after 10 p.m.

Police said two Buffalo men, ages 30 and 45, were transported by ambulance to the Erie County Medical Center, where they were treated and released. An 18-year-old Buffalo man was transported to ECMC in a civilian vehicle and is listed in fair condition.

Detectives said the shooting occurred at some type of gathering and was targeted in nature. If anyone has information, they are asked to call or text the police confidential TIPCALL line at 847-2255.
