A Buffalo woman accused of driving her vehicle into three law enforcement officers has been granted a release from jail.
Deyanna Davis, 30, has been in custody since the June 1 incident on Bailey Avenue during a protest for police reform.
She was granted release by a federal judge who imposed several conditions: $75,000 bail, another $20,000 bail on state charges, plus she must be electronically monitored. She will be permitted to drive a vehcle only with permission by her probation officer.
Davis faces several charges, including a state attempted murder count, plus aggravated assault, assault, weapons possession and stolen possession of property. A Buffalo Police officer and two New York State troopers were injured in the incident, one seriously.
